Systematic organization of habits & instincts with the purpose of fulfilling the becoming of life through the graduated manipulation of behavior may be called education. Education is a lofty vision of life and learning is a life long process. Recent years have witnessed great changes in the education system. Exposing students to learning situation is replacing the classical methodology of teaching. The courses should have relevance to the world in which we live and at the same time they should keep pace with the growth of knowledge in every discipline. I extend my hearty congratulations to the new students taking admission in the Image College of Education which is one of the best Day scholar cum Residential science College in the state capital Bhubaneswar and having an ideal location near Rasulgarh. Image College of Education has qualified staff ,well equipped laboratories, library and Computer Centre. I assure all my students to provide an excellent atmosphere of learning and innovation in basic and advanced areas in science and technology. I wish all my students the best in their endeavors.
I am optimistic that this college will be of great help in enhancing the career prospects of our students. I wish the college all success and prosperity.

Principal's Messages

It takes my pleasure to introduce IMAGE college of Education as one of the best I have ever seen in view of its management ethics integrated with genuine principles of educational philosophy. As we all know, it is the environment and heredity plays vital role in the growth of individuality within us, off which the environment is proved to be the most predominating factor in shaping the character of our children. Thanks God, Gurukul system of education which got lost for ages has been thrown back to us, because it is needed for the time. The character of our ancient heroes we come across in our scripture and legends whose vitality and charisma are still hunting our mind . They are all the product of Gurukul controlled and caring environment, reason being our seers knew, in order to acquire right education, grooming up the power of understanding, perception and imagination are very important to acquire knowledge. The gurukul environment helps student maintaining the balance of the above powers and aims & objectives of teaching system is to make the best use of these powers in them. The method of teaching is totally creative keeping in view of the fact "the knowledge is within", it is simply a process needed to guide it out.
IMAGE college of education is totally based upon the teaching system and technique of gurukul with modern infrastructure and approach as I have perceived and the divine ideology of IMAGE with the mission to materialize its vision to create heroes by means of education has inspired me a great to assure of the quality education to achieve total perfection in our children.
